The certification, issued by DNV, a global leader in assurance and risk management, affirms Foulath’s strong commitment to protecting its information assets and upholding world-class governance practices across its diversified operations.

This achievement marks a major milestone for the Group, reflecting the company’s strategic focus on operational excellence, digital resilience, and rigorous security controls. Notably, the certification was obtained through a single, unified audit process that encompassed the management system of Foulath Holding as well as the systems of all its subsidiaries in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
