Jaffar Alshehabi is an accomplished executive with 20 years of experience spanning procurement, supply chain management, commercial operations, and finance. As Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at Foulath Holding, he leads Procurement, Raw Materials, and Supply Chain activities across the Group, including Bahrain Steel and SULB in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

His focus is on strategic sourcing, cost optimisation, supply resilience, and building long-term supplier partnerships that deliver sustainable value to the Group.

Prior to his current role, Jaffar held progressive leadership positions across Foulath’s commercial, supply chain, and raw materials functions.

Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at GE Power – Grid Solutions, where his responsibilities included financial planning, project controls, cash flow management, and commercial risk across Bahrain and the GCC.

Jaffar holds an MBA and a BSc in Business Informatics, as well as an Executive Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS), reflecting his professional standing in procurement and supply chain management.
